The only issue when staying here on valentines Day was that our room floor was dirty, and our TV didn't work at all, so I had to bring the and Xbox to the room to stream TV shows. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
It was very quiet, and a very convenient location. Close to many restaurants, the mall, and many other shopping stores. Would definitely go again.

Considerate help. Clean rooms. I have two small dogs and every other motel I've been in with pets, the rooms stunk except for this motel. My best experience in a motel ever and I even paid to stay here a month until I find a reasonable apartment. Friendly and courteous staff from the front desk to the maids. I was happy to see no carpet in a designated pet room. Other motels should do the same. Instead they spray stinky chemicals to cover pet smells and my allergies and asthma didn't like all the other motels. Red Roof Inn rooms are clean and fresh smelling. They were smart enough to remove the carpet in the pet rooms according to one of the maids I expressed my likes about my room to. WTG Red Roof Inn! You get it!
Stayed over 2020 Christmas holidays. It was much better than I expected considering price. When hubby told me how cheap it was I mentally prepared myself for the worst. I was very pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was closed due to covid but check in window was quick and easy. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only issue was room phone didn't work. Not really a problem for me but would be if I didn't have a cell phone. We informed staff when we checked out so I'm sure it's fixed now.
Very nice stay during our evacuation from Perry FL. during hurricane Helene. Not fancy but clean. We used the pool. It was very clean. No complaints. Thank you for shelter from the storm.
Short on towels. Room was very clean. Breakfast was limited in quanity. Had to pick up early ! Paper bag had bottled water, yogurt, pastry, energy bar...high quality, good for an early start. Staff was polite. Reasonable rate. Great Location ! We would book again.
So I just read some of those terrible reviews on this place from a couple months ago. I don't know what happened a couple months ago but I was there just yesterday and the place was clean clean zero bugs and I hate bugs and I watch for them. There were zero bugs. The place was clean and beautiful and people were friendly and I loved the place. I have to stay at red roof because of dogs and they have nice laminate floors again. Everything was clean. I don't know what they were talking about again if it was two months ago, they've taken care of it so don't be afraid to stay and I hope they get bit more good reviews great place
